These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by NuLead Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not authorized to use our services.


đźš« No Refunds and No Guarantees

NuLead Media maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services rendered. Once work has commenced, all payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes. The effectiveness of our digital services—including web design, automation, marketing, or advertising—is influenced by various factors such as your industry, existing brand presence, and competitive landscape, which are beyond our control. Digital growth is a long-term process. Tangible outcomes such as increased leads, conversions, or ROI generally require sustained collaboration and implementation over a minimum of several months.


đź“… Service Commitment & Contract Term

All service packages offered by NuLead Media require a minimum six-month commitment. This ensures strategic execution and sustainable results. Contracts cannot be canceled early. Clients remain financially obligated for the full six-month term—even if services are paused or terminated prematurely. Contracts will automatically renew for another six-month period unless cancellation is submitted in writing at least

30 days prior to the renewal date

đź“ť Agreements & Record Keeping

All agreements are signed electronically through approved platforms such as DocuSign. Signing any agreement constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms, including all refund, payment, and cancellation policies.


đź’ł Payment Terms & Disputes

All payment disputes must be resolved directly with NuLead Media. Initiating chargebacks through banks or payment platforms is prohibited. If a chargeback is filed, NuLead Media reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services and pursue recovery of funds—including legal fees and penalties.


⚠️ No Liability for Specific Outcomes

Due to the dynamic nature of the digital space (including algorithm changes and ad platform shifts), NuLead Media cannot be held liable for specific business outcomes such as rankings, lead volume, traffic growth, or income increases.


đź“Ś Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information essential to service execution. Timely response to approvals, content submissions, and requests for feedback is required. Clients are responsible for delivering all needed assets (logos, copy, images, etc.) as part of the collaboration process.


🔄 Modifications & Service Termination

NuLead Media reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any services. Any updates or changes to these Terms will be communicated to the Client, and the agreement will remain in effect unless otherwise terminated under the contract's terms.


⚖️ Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in New York State.
